The roasted malt version of Moinette Blonde.

Moinette Brune is a fragrant Belgian strong dark ale, marked by the use of special malts that give it aromas of cocoa and chocolate, all enhanced by beautiful yellow fruit notes and sweet spices (cloves, cinnamon).

On the palate, it’s complex and delicate, with a bitterness that blends in well with the mellowness of the beer. A gentle sweetness and floral bouquet are balanced by the full malt body and bracing finish.

It is excellent at cellar temperature (about 12°C) or very slightly chilled, as an aperitif or with food.
