Blend of a barrel-aged mixed-fermentation grisette and a young grisette, macerated together with 250 g/L of white peaches.

The resulting beer is fresh and thirst-quenching yet complex, with bright notes of juicy stonefruit. One of the brewer's favourite expressions of fruit in their beers to this day!
