This is a complex organic blonde ale with a fruity nose (yellow stonefruit), enhanced by citrus aromas (orange) and spices (clove).

On the palate, there is a nice balance between bitterness and sweetness, giving us a dense beer that is not too heavy. 

Best enjoyed at cellar temperature (12°C) or slightly chilled as an aperitif.
