This winter beer, with a mahogany colour, offers complex aromas of fruit, alcohol, and hops.

On the palate, it is slightly sweet and liquor-like, with a hint of burnt caramel. Very bitter, its flavour profile evokes that of red fruits. Hoppy finish.

This variant was aged in Acerum (maple wine) barrels. It's oaky, with jammy fruit and burnt caramel flavours balancd by an elegant bitterness.
