Dernière Volonté is a mix of Belgian and English brewing traditions. It offers a complex nose of flowers and malt, intermingled with fruity aromas and a strong hoppy bouquet.

The beer presents spicy flavours and a discrete touch of alcohol. The barrel aging process imparts a tannic, woody, and vinous character to the beer.
