A blend of two bourbon barrel-aged (Buffalo Trace & Heaven Hill) imperial stouts and one Canadian maple syrup barrel-aged imperial stout, combined with a generous dose of raspberries. 

Raspberries impart a light fruity acidity to the beer, which is surprisingly and pleasantly combined with the character of a strong stout.
