Piwo Grodziskie is a historic Polish beer style from the village of Grodzisk, a style that is unique for its light acidity, bright effervescence and smoky malt.

It's nicknamed "polski szampan/Polish Champagne" (Zichivec have carefully called it "Piwo Musające", i.e. sparkling beer) and they've added a cool combination of grilled lemons and rosemary.
