This Imperial Baltic Porter was first aged for a year in sherry wine barrels, where the beer gained notes of oak and subtle hints of noble oxidation, enriching itself in an aromatic composition of plums, raisins and molasses.

The resulting beer then further rested in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for three months, enhancing its unique character with distinctive bourbon notes.

Finally, it was perfectly complemented with the exotic flavour of coconut flakes and a delicate sweetness and creamy touch of vanilla.
