Barrel-aged mixed-fermentation smoked wheat ale macerated with 300g/L of Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

This is a blend of 60% fresh Grodziskie (historical Polish style - smoked tart wheat ale) brewed with oak-smoked wheat malt and 40% of the same beer aged in an Islay whisky barrel.

It was then macerated with 300 g/L of fresh Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested the same day by Olivier Bellanger at Domaine La Piffaudière.
