Domaine is a hand-disgorged, highly sparkling, zero/zero, pét-nat cider from Normandy and English apples. It’s the closest an apple has come to being Champagne.

Made primarily from the Domaine variety, it includes smaller amounts of Geneva, Medaille D’Or, Foxwhelp, Spitzenburg and Michelin.

Honeyed and cider-apple tannic, it’s rich and textured. The aroma is apple sauce and vanilla. This cider is big, sparkling and celebratory.
