A careful blend of barrel-aged wild sour beers from a few of Le Soupir's most complex and singular barrels, with brews going back as far as 3 years ago. This is the first vintage of a blend that should come out regularly for years to come.

As always, the focus if on harmony and subtlety, but this is special beer as it expresses a more complex side of Le Soupir's sour beer barrel program. As a result, it should age gracefully in the coming years.
