A classic blonde Belgian saison with a cloudy and opalescent colour and a creamy foam top.

The aroma is a variety of citrus and flowers with a touch of ripe pear, thanks to the use of "forgotten" hop varieties lovingly cultivated in the South of Germany.

Notes of lemon, bergamot and kumquat in the flavour, as well as rustic cereals (spelt, wheat and rye) and orchard flowers.

The finish is very dry, true to style. A real thirst-quenching beer!
