A hoppy Belgian tripel showcasing Belgian yeast fermentation flavours, with notes of pear and ripe banana, and aromatic hops. Full-bodied with a delicate bitterness.

Blond, very balanced, and treacherous: the alcohol is never aggressive, which makes it dangerously easy to drink.

The hop character develops floral and spicy notes (white pepper, nutmeg). Its alcohol content makes is rather round, but the absence of residual sugars leaves the finish dry and lightly bitter.
