3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.

For this specific Oude Geuze, 3 Fonteinen blended lambics originating from four different barrels and six different brews.

Three quarters of the blend consist of 3 Fonteinen lambics, and around 80% of the grains with which they brewed were sourced within their own Cereal Collective.

Because of the high proportion of old lambics, the weighted average of the blend is more than 24 months.
