A 50-50 Calvados and Apple Brandy barrel-aged 13.5% imperial stout blended into a single experience.

A particularly complex blend of stout-type dark beers matured for 12 months in 7-year-old, 225-liter French oak barrels - which previously held Calvados and apple brandy.

Very moderate carbonation, smooth oily body and rich chocolate aromas. The stout is complemented by a mild, refreshing acidity imparted by the barrels.
