A fragrant New England IPA hopped with Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand.

This beer is based on a recipe by Petr Malec, who won the Good Water Beer Cup competition in Dobrá Voda near Křižanov. As part of his win, Petr brewed his beer at the Zichovec brewery.

The recipe is based on a pair of New Zealand hops, Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin, which combine to create a bold aroma full of tropical fruit, white grapes and passionfruit. The beer has a smooth body, light haze and subtle bitterness, right in line with the modern interpretation of the New England IPA style.

The result is a beer that combines homebrewing enthusiasm with professional execution. Technically clean, aromatically rich and stylistically accurate – a worthy winner among the 90+ samples entered.
