Pilsner based on a pair of New Zealand hops Peacharine and Motueka. A dry, clean and strongly aromatic lager with notes of peach, lime and citrus peel.

Shift The Pils is a modern interpretation of a pale lager that combines the purity of bottom fermentation with the aromatic potential of New Zealand hops.

The base is dry and very drinkable with minimal residual sugar. Fermentation was carried out at low temperatures with an emphasis on clean expression and highlighting the hop components.

The bitterness is subtle but pronounced enough to support the refreshing character but not to overpower the aromatic component.

Shift The Pils is for those who like bottom-fermented beers but want to experience what modern hopping has to offer outside of Europe. A lager with a fragrant twist that loses none of the elegance of the original style.
