Foxwhelp is a single-varietal cider made with an historic English apple of the same name.

Originating in 17th century Gloucester, it’s a bittersharp apple — meaning it’s higher in tannin and acid.

Revel's wild microflora has reduced the acid, but the aroma is so unique.

Green tea is the biggest note we get, with subtler whiffs of basil and oregano. The flavour is deep apricot and strawberry skins.
