Extremely refreshing dry-hopped spelt saison, fermented with added Brettanomyces.

Blond and opalescent with a persistent creamy, fine foam. Very aromatic and fruity, with notes of pineapple, quince, apricot, and gooseberry on the nose. A ‘funky’ touch, typical of Brettanomyces, completes the picture.

Flavours of cereals and a floral touch round it out, with a dry, bitter finish that evokes lime zest.
