100 PAP is a Belgian Pale Ale with 6.0% alcohol, brewed to benefit Bruxelles Initiatives. A portion of the proceeds goes to groups of undocumented people, helping them pay housing fees.

It has a magnificent amber-copper colour. In the nose, fine aromas of hops develop as well as a delicious malty touch.

On the palate, beautiful malty aromas of caramel and biscuit give it roundness, and are accompanied by fruitiness (pear, apricot, gooseberries) and herbaceous notes brought by organic hops grown in Belgium by DLS friend Joris Cambie.

Everything is balanced by a slight refreshing bitterness. A perfectly balanced and easy-drinking beer, brewed with love for a noble cause!
