Long ageing on tannic apple pomace coaxes out quiet tannins and ripe orchard aromatics. Restrained yet elegant, it is the cider Revel have always wanted to make.

This vintage was made from apples harvested in 2021, and aged in a single barrel for a year before bottling.

You only get so many chances in a lifetime to ferment fruit. Each vintage is so precious - and Time & Place is so beautiful that Revel wanted to elevate a portion.
