Traditional Berliner Weisse with historical yeasts, flavored with jasmine flowers.

Brewed in Berlin, fermented with Brettanomyces strains from bottles up to 50 years old - made as close to the historical original as possible. Slightly sour, fruity, sparkling and wild.
