A tropical sour ale with starfruit.

Primary fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces which produces huge tropical and stone fruit flavours, Holy Goat refermented this base beer with an equivalent of 220g/l of starfruit (aka carambola).

This south-east Asian fruit is notable for its star-shaped cross-section and has flavour descriptors which include pear, apple, grape and citrus. The sweet and sour balance of this fruit provides a fine complement to their most tropical house culture.

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.
