The base of this recipe is La Source's Auroch beer, a Flanders Red Ale aged for a year and a half in red wine barrels with wild yeast.

And to finish it off, they added Petit Manseng grape pomace from their neighbour Gudule Urban Winery. It's powerful, complex, and delicious.
