This mixed-fermentation beer is part of Metaphore's continuous search for simplification and sense of place.

This little grisette was brewed for cherishing the small, ordinary, everyday and perhaps overlooked moments in our lives.

It is built completely from local organic ingredients and was hopped very generously with emblematic Saaz hops. After long conditioning, it was bottled with linden tree honey for those fine bubbles.
