A dry and light-bodied pale ale hopped with Columbus - part of the Yakima Chief hops showcase.

For the next stop on The Kernel's single hop showcase they are back in The Yakima Valley in the Pacific Northwest of the US.

The Yakima Valley is a special place for hops. Not only is the valley incredibly hospitable to the plant, but the Yakima Chief Growers Collective brings together Yakima Valley hop farmers and a world class hop-breeding program which has birthed some of the best-known hops on the planet. Namely, Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra.

Each of these YC showcase Pale Ales were brewed to the same recipe with one difference, the hops.
