A dry and light-bodied IPA hopped with all the hops together - part of the Yakima Chief hops showcase. This batch features Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Columbus, Mosaic and Simcoe from the 2024 harvest.

For the next stop on The Kernel's single hop showcase they are back in The Yakima Valley in the Pacific Northwest of the US.

The Yakima Valley is a special place for hops. Not only is the valley incredibly hospitable to the plant, but the Yakima Chief Growers Collective brings together Yakima Valley hop farmers and a world class hop-breeding program which has birthed some of the best-known hops on the planet.
