Flat hybrid blend of young & old lambics, backblended with Pinot Gris white wine.

This blend consists of lambic and Pinot Gris grapes from two harvest seasons, 2023 and 2024. On both occasions, the grapes underwent a sevenday maceration inspired by orange wines.

Pinot Gris gave Boerenerf the opportunity to add a vinous touch to their lambic. Because this blend of vintages creates a unique depth between lambic and orange wine, they decided to bottle it as is, pure and unblended.
