Fliärblome is an elderflower-infused sour Aoltbeer. Aoltbeer, also known as Münstersch Alt, is the historic sour beer of the city of Münster, Westphalia. It is a mixed-fermented, barrel-aged beer with a vinous character.

The sourness comes from Kemker's own house culture of wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria. A relationship to Belgian Geuze and Berliner Weisse cannot be denied.

Kemker foraged elderflowers next to the brewery and macerated the blossoms in the beer. The infused beer aged in oak barrels for 17 months. Notes of citrus, flowers and hay.

Fresh acidity, that goes well wit ceviche, leek or summer dishes. Bottled in October 2023.
