The third and final offering of Bottle Logic's #DSNTEN Specialty Rye single-brand releases was pulled from three casks of Rittenhouse Rye.

This is a sliver of the same Darkstar November 2023 base (a bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout brewed with rye and molasses), aged exclusively in these Rittenhouse casks.

These three casks showcase a gorgeous chocolate-toffee roundness and, simultaneously, a heightened rye spice character.

Creative Director Lindsay marks this as the best of the set: "The rye is so vibrant here, but it's perfectly integrated. The molasses richness of the DSN TEN base is compounded and smoothed out by all the cocoa, nutmeg, and maple of the Rittenhouse line, and it makes for something really special."

A bottle (and draft) tasting pro-tip: If you're planning to taste these rye cask variants one after another, we'd recommend nibbling something like Saltine crackers or high-end dark chocolate between brands.
