Imperial porter brewed with Ancho and Chipotle chilis, cocoa paste and cocoa nibs. Inspired by the Mayan hot cocoa-based drink. Collaboration with Põhjala.

This batch was aged for 18 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. 

Aroma brings together luxurious chocolate notes with slightly smoked dark plum. Rich and mildly sweet chocolate flavours harmonize with powerful, roasty and smoked coffee notes.

A warming smoky spiciness lingers in the aftertaste. Beautifully balanced imperial porter with a full-bodied texture and rich flavours.
