For this imperial stout inspired by the classic Old Fashioned cocktail, Beak collaborated with Coffee by Tate to source exceptional Mexican natural anaerobic beans from third-generation indigenous Mazatec producer Ruben Cervantes.

Building on the coffee’s rich notes of orange, whisky and chocolate, they have added cacao nibs, a twist of orange zest and a dash of orange bitters for a decadent, cocktail-inspired stout.
