Fresh-hopped Czech pale ale with green Juno & Ceres hops.

When it comes to fresh hops, every hour counts. That's why Sibeeria brewers Michal and Vavrik headed to the hop fields, picked up freshly harvested Juno and Ceres right by the hop-picking machine, and drove them back to the brewery.

That same day, the green hop cones were in the brewhouse, becoming the heart of this year's Fresh Hop Czech Pale Ale.

Fresh hops bring a vibrant, green and herbal aroma, complemented in Juno and Ceres by delicate fruity and citrus notes. They deliberately kept this Czech Pale Ale light, simple, and highly drinkable to give this year's harvest room to shine.

From the hop field to the brewhouse in just a few hours – it doesn't get much fresher than this.
