Experimental IPA #86 is a Fresh Hop Hazy IPA with Citra, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin and finished on Nelson Sauvin Cold Pressed Hop Juice, which is exactly as wild as it sounds.

The short version: new tech lets growers freeze hops at sub-zero temps the second they’re picked, then press out all the fresh juice locked inside before it has a chance to fade. The hop equivalent of catching lightning and refusing to let go.

The nose is loud and extremely green in the best way, fresh gooseberry bush, white wine grapes still hanging on the vine, grapefruit flesh, cut grass, and a soft dank note holding it all down. Tastes like someone canned the exact moment the hops came off the vine.
