Vault City Tap Takeover & Meet The Brewer

Join us from 17:00 on Friday, February 21 for a selection of eight beers on tap and a few more in cans from Edinburgh's Vault City Brewing! We will have a selection of stouts, sours and even a barley wine.

Vault City is an independent brewery producing modern sours & stouts in Scotland.

They set out to modernise a traditional style of brewing with their take on fruited sours and imperial stouts.

VC's house culture and mixed fermentation base beers pair perfectly with real fruit ingredients, and they use literally tonnes of the stuff in their recipes to help push the boundaries of what people would typically expect from a beer.
