IPA produced only with New Zealand Riwaka hops.

Since the first time Alder used it, Riwaka has become their favourite hop. Produced in very small quantities by a few farms in New Zealand, it is characterized by its unique aromatic profile: intense, peppery herbaceous notes, with tropical and citrus scents ranging from mandarin to kumquat.
