Hybrid cider-wine blend of 90% skin contact Vidal wine with 10% nectarine apple cider.
Vidal grown in Beamsville, Canada and fermented on skins 6 months, blended with apple cider fermented on nectarines. It’s a wide flavour palate, a mixture of tropical and temperate fruits. Honeycombs and stone fruit.
Pineapples in a beach towel. Daymoon acidity. In lees instead of on lees. Saline. These cans are made for early drinking. Fresh and friendly.
Zero grams of sugar. Naturally fermented.
