Bold, dank, and citrusy — here is the next instalment of Cloudwater's Proper DIPA series. 

This time they used a yeast strain from Stockport's own Robinsons Brewery, paired with a generous dose of Citra hops. This blend allows the hops to truly shine, paying homage to one of Manchester's great brewing traditions.

This is the first DIPA made with Robinson's house yeast and Cloudwater's first time brewing with it. Manchester is unique in the UK, boasting a rich history of family breweries, a vibrant microbrewery scene, and a world-renowned craft beer culture. No other city can claim to represent the last 150+ years of UK brewing as comprehensively as Manchester, and Cloudwater are immensely proud to be part of that legacy.
