North's fifth collaboration with FUERST WIACEK sees them utilising an experimental WHC Lab Hop Unlock yeast strain to release an abundance of Thiol flavour compounds.

Along with a grist of creamy oats, this hazy pale ale is mash-hopped with Cascade.

It's bursting with heady aromas white gummy bears, gooseberry and passionfruit.

Additions of Yakima Chief CRYO POP, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Strata hops bind to create a pithy, zesty and resinous punch of fruit cocktail, pink grapefruit, bitter orange and pink guava on a firm, slightly bitter base with a drying sherbet finish. 

Rest assured, there is a hell of a lot packed into this Pale Ale.
