A hazelnut cocoa imperial stout aged in freshly-dumped Old Rip Van Winkle bourbon barrels.

After fourteen months in barrels, this Imperial Stout was pushed through Guatemalan cacao nibs to further enhance its velvety, milk chocolate flavour and finished with hundreds of pounds of toasted hazelnuts.

A beautiful bite of vanilla-hued oak and a warming heat on the 14.0% exhale keep the rich legacy of these special barrels at the forefront of this Stasis Project release.
