Patronus is a traditional single-decocted Czech pilsner brewed with local floor-malted pilsner malt and 100% Saaz Special hops, which is a more intense version of traditional Saaz.

This fresh hop version is even more punchy, with a powerful floral, woody aroma. Put into the middle of a super-drinkable pale lager of 3,8% ABV and brewed only once a year, and it’ll be gone pretty soon.
