Collective Comprehension
Bourbon barrel-aged barleywine with toasted coconut and almond. Toffee-toned hue with outrageous coconut aromas that all but mask the 15% ABV.
Cold initial sips are dominated by toasted coconut. As the liquid warms, complex layers of caramel develop and lead the palate to a silky, amaretto-like finish with just a hint of almond skin bitterness to balance the silky sweet body.

Mint Condition
A dessert stout inspired by mint chocolate chip ice cream. Brewed with lactose, chocolate malts, and mint, then finished through 43kg of TCHO Chocolate Ecuadorian cacao nibs -- this beer is just dead-on ice cream.

The Fourth Wall
A sweet stout inspired by the "Almond Joy" chocolate bar, brewed with lactose, cacao nibs, fresh and toasted coconut, with sliced and roasted almonds.

Weird Science
This lactose-free Mocha Sweet Stout was conditioned on Klatch coffee beans, Ecuadorian cacao nibs, then finished with an extra bounce of chocolate and vanilla for a super silky mocha-toned treat!

Study Break
A sweet stout inspired by the "Snickers" candy bar, brewed with lactose and caramel malts, then recirculated on cacao nibs and peanuts.
